Attend design workshops with all relevant members of the design team.
Carry out conceptual lighting design studies.
Produce presentation materials as determined by the lighting designer to convey the overall design intent.
Attend conceptual design presentation to the client.

Carry out further development of lighting design and Budget Estimate
Prepare preliminary lighting details where applicable and provide assistance to others.
Prepare preliminary lighting layouts of the proposed lighting design.
Prepare preliminary lighting equipment schedule.
Provide a preliminary control intent and Carry out typical preliminary lighting calculations.

DOCUMENTATION
Provide Final lighting layouts of the proposed lighting design based on CAD files provided in dwg format.
Provide the lighting specification booklet.
Provide the specification of the Lighting Control System along with the controls schedule listing logical control groups.
Comment on the final coordinated construction drawings, specifications and details of lighting scheme as provided by others.

COMMISSIONING
PHASE 4
CONSTRUCTION
When required attend contract site meetings.
Comment on contractors and/or manufacturers drawings & details
Carry out final review of the lighting installation on site.
Direct the aiming focusing of the installed lighting scheme where applicable on site.
Assist the design team, the contractor in preparing schedules of defects related to items specified by the lighting design as may be required on site.
